Ryan Gosling @ CinemaCon to promote The Fall Guy

Ryan Gosling attended the Universal panel @ CinemaCon in Las Vegas on April 26, 2023 alongside Emily Blunt & director David Leitch.

Universal Pictures and Focus Features are teaming up to take the main stage at CinemaCon by storm! Toward the end of the dual presentation, details concerning David Leitch’s The Fall Guy took the center spotlight. The presentation includes an amazing stunt show, cast and crew comments, and The Fall Guy trailer debut.

The 87North stunt team walked onto the stage while a guy on a motorcycle zipped across the stage, dragging someone behind, while people did parkour around him. Then a crew came out with balded weapons – swords and sais. After an impressive display of skill, a guy with a bo staff took them all out.

David Leitch took the stage, while Ryan Gosling and Emily Blunt repelled down on ropes, only it was their stunt doubles. The actual Gosling and Blunt performed a skit where they refused to come out because it looked too dangerous. “Is it safe,” Gosling asked. “We don’t engage in that kind of horseplay,” said Blunt.

“It was a shocking thing that anyone would break up with you,” Blunt joked with Gosling. “But there are many reasons, too many to name.” Gosling said it was “a huge honor to step into the footsteps of the iconic Lee Majors,” and also took time to shout out his stunt doubles and performers who helped with his action scenes, from being set on fire to a high fall from a helicopter. “That’s what I love so much about this film. Most films, the actors get all the credit and the stunt performers do all the hard work. That ends today.”

Ryan Gosling attended the WB #BarbieMovie panel @ CinemaCon in Las Vegas on April 25, 2023 alongside Margot Robbie, America Ferrera, Greta Gerwig.

Ryan in line with the film’s memeable tag line (“She’s everything. He’s just Ken”) kept his red carpet look much more casual. The Oscar-winning actor arrived in a Acne Studios hot pink bombshell jacket alongside a custom t-shirt featuring Gerwig’s name printed in the classic Barbie font. The shirt is from the movie apparel and accessories brand Super Yaki, whose Barbie tees (which come in both black and white) are currently available to pre-order. Greta Gerwig, Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling, the Oscar-nominated director and stars of “Barbie,” were on hand to talk up the neon-coated movie at CinemaCon, the annual exhibition trade show currently underway at Caesars Margot Robbie told the crowd that the set of “Barbie” was a “dopamine hit.” She called the chance to play the plastic doll a “huge and exciting opportunity — and a rare one. Everyone knows Barbie, and she’s never been on the big screen.” Ryan admitted he was apprehensive to take on the gravitas of such a famous figure. “Up until this point, I only knew Ken from afar. I didn’t know Ken from within,” he said. “I doubted my Kenergy.”

New Tag Heuer Campaign with Ryan Gosling as Brand Ambassador

Here’s a sneak peak of a new @tagheuer campaign with Ryan as house ambassador to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Tag HEUER Carrera watch.

Ryan will star as brand ambassador in a 5’ short action-comedy film titled ‘The chase for Carrera’ directed by David Leitch and with direct creative input from Ryan himself. The short film was shot in Sydney during a break from the filming of the movie ‘The Fall Guy’ and will premiere in London on 20 April 2023 and will continue to be featured worldwide on multiple occasions throughout the 60th anniversary year.

The star piece (and the watch being promoted by Ryan in the film) is the 39mm “Glass Box” chronograph, which features a prominent crystal and a curved dial.

Ryan’s rumored to attend the red carpet in London on April 20 along with his short film co-star actress Vanessa Bayer.
